The ongoing financial and marital troubles of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have reached another turning point, as the estranged couple is now living apart while their Georgia mansion heads to auction.

According to sources, both Kim and Kroy have secured their own rental homes near their former shared residence, with plans for their four minor children — Kroy Jr., Kash, Kaia, and Kane — to split time between their parents.

This marks a notable change in their contentious divorce, as the couple had been sharing their sprawling 7-bedroom, 11-bathroom estate despite escalating financial challenges. Recently, the pair began moving out of the property, which is set to be auctioned next Tuesday.

Initially listed for $6 million, the home’s price was reduced to $3.65 million after several failed sales attempts.

Kim and Kroy’s financial difficulties, including significant unpaid taxes and other debts, have been a prominent feature of their ongoing legal battles.

While their new living arrangements signal a fresh chapter, the upcoming auction of their former home could provide an opportunity for a much-needed reset for both.
