A Greenville, South Carolina man, Nicholas Vincent Gracely, has been sentenced to 28 years in prison for his involvement in a drug trafficking operation known as Las Señoritas.

The announcement was made by South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, following Gracely’s conviction by a Greenville County jury on October 22.

Gracely faced multiple charges, including trafficking hundreds of grams of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and unlawful conduct toward a child.

He was identified as a co-conspirator receiving meth directly from Nicole Burns, a Señorita who fled to Mexico but continued to coordinate meth deliveries in Greenville County. Burns had previously pleaded guilty on June 24 and was sentenced to 55 years in prison.

The investigation led law enforcement to execute a search warrant on May 3, 2022, at Gracely’s apartment, where he lived with his wife and three-month-old daughter.

Officers discovered approximately 2,603 grams of methamphetamine, a disassembled meth lab in the garage, and an additional 291 grams in a box in the kitchen. Gracely confessed to his involvement in the drug conspiracy.

Judge R.S. Sprouse presided over the sentencing.
